🥘 How to Cook
For Idlis & Dosas:

Add 1 cup Saras Idly Podi to 1½ cups of water and stir to make a smooth batter. Keep aside for 10–12 hours to ferment.
Tip: Grind ½ cup of boiled rice and add to the batter for softer dosas. -
Mix the batter with salt. For dosas, pour and spread on a hot frying pan, cook, and serve hot.

For idlis, steam the batter in idli moulds for fluffy, soft idlis.
